We’re located in the Platinum Tower on Sohna Road, right in Sector 47. We’ve got two units here, 804 and 805, on the 8th floor. Chint Power is what we go by, and we’ve been working out of this Gurgaon office for a while. It’s a good location, though the road gets crowded during the rush hour. Most of what we do involves power equipment and inverters. It’s technical work, but we try to keep things simple when we talk to our customers. We aren't trying to sound like some big fancy firm. We’re just a team of people who know a lot about electricity and how to manage it. Every morning starts with a quick meeting and then we just get to it. Sometimes we’re dealing with technical issues, other times we’re just making sure the boxes get loaded onto the trucks properly. It’s a mix of office work and hands-on stuff. We don't have any scripted lines or anything. If you call, you just talk to one of us. We’ve learned a lot over the years about what works and what doesn't in this industry. It’s a steady job, and we take it seriously without being too stiff about it. We’re just trying to keep the lights on for everyone else. It is mostly just about keeping the orders moving and answering the phones when they ring.
