Chetna Enterprises

Our business is run out of House Number 73 in Sarhaul, which is over in Sector-18 of Gurgaon. It’s more of a residential area that has become very busy over the years. We use the space here to manage everything for Chetna Enterprises. It’s not a big corporate building, just a regular house that we’ve converted into a working space. There are boxes and files in several of the rooms. We handle a lot of different tasks throughout the day, mostly coordinating things over the phone or meeting people who stop by. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when we have a lot of stock or extra help in, but we make it work. The neighborhood is full of other small businesses like ours, so there’s always something going on in the street. We’ve been at this Gurgaon location for quite a bit now. It is easy for us since we live nearby too. We don't have a receptionist, so usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. It’s a very informal way of working, but it gets the job done. We just focus on our daily list of things to do and try to stay on top of the orders as they come in. It’s a humble setup, but it’s been our base for a long time and we are used to how everything works here in Sarhaul on a daily basis.
