Chetak Logistics Limited is based at 369 in the Housing Board Colony of Sector 7, Gurgaon. Being in a housing colony makes our office feel a bit different from the big industrial zones you usually see in this city. It’s a bit more relaxed, and we know many of our neighbors. Our office is a straightforward building where we manage our logistics and transport services. We have a lot of paperwork because we still think it’s important to have physical records of everything we do. There are some trees around the building, which provides a bit of shade during the hot Haryana summers. We spend our time managing a fleet of trucks and making sure the goods are being moved efficiently. It’s a lot of logging hours and checking in with the drivers who are out on the road. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of corporate executives in suits. We are just regular people who have been in the logistics business for a long time. Gurgaon has grown so much since we started, but we’ve stayed here in Sector 7. We don't use any complex marketing language or try to sound more important than we are. We just focus on the daily tasks of scheduling and tracking. It’s a steady job that requires a lot of attention to detail, and we just do our part to keep everything on track.
