We are located at Plot No. 8/1 in Sector 37, back in Khandsa Dhani. If you find the Tanishq Ford showroom, we are right behind it. It’s an area full of workshops and small factories. We make auto products here. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we take it seriously. The shop floor is usually busy from morning until late evening. We have some machines for molding and cutting, and there’s always a bit of a smell of oil and heated metal in the air. It’s just a group of us working together. Most of the guys have been with us for a long time. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights out front. You just see the plot number on the gate. We spend our days checking quality and packing things into boxes for shipping. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. That’s just life in an industrial sector. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to make good parts that don't break. We eat our lunch together in the small break area. It’s a simple setup. No corporate meetings or long emails. We just talk across the floor and get things done. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but it’s our place. The dogs from the street sometimes wander in looking for shade, and we just let them be while we get back to our work.
