Centroid Infradesigns Pvt. Ltd. operates out of 164, Sector 5, Part III. This area has a very specific feel to it, a bit more industrial and practical than the shiny shopping malls. Our building at 164 isn’t hard to find once you are in the right part of Sector 5. We’ve set up the interior to be as useful as possible for infrastructure design work. There are plenty of large monitors and specialized software running most of the day. The team here is pretty small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time, so the atmosphere is relaxed. We don't have a dress code, and most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day of technical work. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a chance to stretch our legs and talk about something other than blueprints. The streets outside can get a bit dusty, especially when there’s construction nearby, but that’s just part of being in this sector. We keep a stash of biscuits and tea in the corner for when the late nights happen. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We aren't into fancy presentations or corporate jargon. We just look at the numbers and the designs to make sure everything is solid. People come to us because they know we are right here in Part III and we actually do the work.
