Our office is located at E2158 in Palam Vihar. It’s a pretty standard spot in Gurgaon. We’ve been operating Causegood Consulting from here for some time now. It’s not a flashy setup. We have some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of notebooks. We spend most of our time talking to clients and trying to solve problems. It's not always easy work, but we like it. The area is usually busy with people going about their business. We don't have a big fancy sign outside. We're more about the actual work than the appearance of it. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait a bit. We don't have a dedicated lunchroom, so we just eat at our desks. It feels very human. We aren't some big consulting firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a small team. We talk about regular things like the weather or the traffic. We don't use big words to sound smart. We just try to be helpful. Most of our day is spent on the computer or on the phone. It’s a simple life. We’ve made this space our own over the years. It’s got a bit of character to it now. We just keep doing what we do every day without much fuss. If the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. There's no script. We just talk to people and see what needs to be handled next.
