If you drive down the Narsingpur Jalpur Highway, you’ll eventually pass by our place. Carrier Airconditioning & Refrigeration Ltd is situated right there on the main road. It’s a busy spot because of all the trucks and cars passing by at all hours. We’ve got a lot of space here because cooling equipment takes up quite a bit of room. It isn't a quiet office. There’s usually the sound of someone moving something or a fan running in the background. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or art for the walls. We care more about having the right tools and enough space to move around. The highway can be dusty, and we’re always cleaning the windows. Our team is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We don't do much in terms of self-promotion. People know where we are if they need us. We just focus on the cooling side of things and try to keep everything running cold. It’s hard work, especially when the weather gets hot outside. We take our breaks when we can and try to get home before the traffic gets too bad. It’s a straightforward life out here on the highway. We just do the work that comes our way and keep things moving. There is always a lot to get through before the day ends.
