We are based out of Gurgaon, which is always moving and changing. Our days are mostly filled with looking at resumes and talking to people on the phone for Careercruise Hr Pvt. Ltd. It’s a small office, nothing too flashy, but we stay busy. Hiring is a strange business because you’re dealing with people's lives and their jobs. We get a lot of calls from folks looking for a change or companies needing someone new. It can be a bit stressful when a deadline is coming up, but we just keep going through the files. Gurgaon has so many offices that it feels like there’s always something happening. We spend a lot of time checking details and making sure names and numbers match up. It isn't always exciting work, but it feels good when someone actually gets the job they wanted. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just know how to look for people who fit what a company is asking for. Sometimes the office is a mess with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, and we’ve seen the job market go up and down. We just stay here in Gurgaon, answering emails and trying to help people figure out their next step. It’s a simple setup, just desks and phones and a lot of coffee to keep us awake. We don't have a fancy lobby, just a workspace.
