Capital Estates & Investments

You can find us over at the Central Arcade in Sushant Lok Phase I. Capital Estates & Investments has been in this building for quite a bit of time now. The arcade is a busy spot with people running errands all day long. Our office is just one of many, but we’ve made it our own with some comfortable chairs and a lot of files. Gurgaon has grown so fast, and being in Sushant Lok, we’ve seen it happen right in front of us. It used to be much quieter around here. Now, there’s always construction or something new opening up. We spend a lot of our time just keeping up with all the changes in the neighborhood. We aren't a huge firm with a hundred agents. It’s just a small group of us who know the Phase I area really well. We help folks look for apartments or maybe a small office space in one of the nearby buildings. It’s not fancy work, but it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the elevators in the arcade act up, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. We don't have a glossy brochure or a big marketing plan. Most of our work comes from people who used to live here and told their friends about us. We just try to be helpful and honest about what is actually available right now.
