Our office is basically in a converted space that works very well for what we do. We have been based here for quite a while now. Gurgaon has grown up around us in a huge way. It is easy to get to if you are coming from the main roads, but once you are actually inside the sector, it is much quieter. We have a small team here, and we all know each other’s names and families. We don’t have a big lobby or anyone specific to greet you at the front door. You just walk in and see us sitting at our desks. There is usually some light music playing quietly in the background while we work. We handle our business dealings without a lot of fuss or drama. The neighbors are mostly families or other small local offices. Sometimes we even have our meetings at the local market nearby because it is just easier for everyone. It is a very straightforward way of running a company. We don't see the need for a lot of flash or expensive branding. As long as the work gets done correctly and the clients are happy, we are satisfied. It gets a bit dusty outside sometimes, but that's Gurgaon.
