Brainchild Advisory Services Llp is tucked away at H8 10 in DLF Phase 1. It’s one of those older parts of the area where the trees have grown quite tall. We’ve been here for a bit, and the office has sort of become a second home for us. There are always stacks of papers on the main table because we are usually in the middle of three different things at once. We don't have a fancy kitchen, just a small kettle in the corner for making tea when the afternoon slump hits. The work we do involves a lot of talking and giving advice on things that can get pretty complicated. We try to keep our explanations simple, though. It’s better that way. Sometimes the AC makes a weird rattling noise, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or wall art. Instead, we just focus on the task that’s right in front of us. Most days are spent on the phone or responding to emails that seem to never end. Being in Phase 1 is convenient, even if the roads are a bit narrow. We know the local shops and where to get the best snacks for the office. It’s a straightforward life here. We show up, help out who we can, and then go home. No one is trying to impress anyone; we are just working and making sure things get done right. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat, and we have to gently remind them that we are still on the clock.
