We’ve got two floors here in P Block of Uppal Southend. It’s 18/26, covering both the first and second floors. Sohna Road is always packed with traffic, so once people get inside Boxx Fitness Xxtreme, they usually want to just decompress. Being in Sector 48, we get a lot of the Gurgaon crowd who live in the nearby apartments. The stairs can be a bit of a workout themselves if you’re coming up to the second floor. We have different stuff happening on each level. It’s a bit loud sometimes with the music echoing, but that’s just how it goes in a gym. The team here is mostly local guys and girls who know the area well. We spend a lot of time re-racking weights because people always leave them out. It’s a pretty honest place. No one is here to show off too much. We just want a spot where you can lift and run without feeling watched. The lighting is okay, maybe a bit bright in the evenings, but it does the job. Sector 48 is a good neighborhood. We see people coming in after their shifts or on their way to the grocery store. It’s just a regular part of the daily routine for a lot of folks around here. We’re right there in P Block, can’t miss the sign from the street. Two floors of gear and people just doing their best to stay fit.
