Bomiso Gym & Spa

Bomiso Gym & Spa is found at 2, Central Avenue Road in South City 1, Gurgaon. We are located right near the Unitech House, so we are pretty easy to spot if you are in the neighborhood. We have a mix of a gym and a spa area. It is a local place, not part of some big chain. We get a lot of people who work in the nearby offices coming in after they are done for the day. It is a good way for them to beat the traffic before heading home. The gym has the usual machines and weights you would expect. The spa is there for when someone just wants to relax for a bit after a long week. We do not have any fancy corporate speeches. We just keep the place running for the people who live and work in South City 1. The road outside is often busy, but it is relatively quiet inside. We try to keep things organized, but on busy nights, the weights end up everywhere. That is just how it goes sometimes. We do not have a big team, just a few of us making sure the equipment is okay and the spa is ready. It is an honest place to get a workout or a bit of rest. We have been here for a while and enjoy seeing the local crowd every day.
