Body Temptation Health Club

We are located at 14, Sector 15 in Gurgaon, right above the Super Bakery. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you just look for the bakery smell. We’ve been running Body Temptation Health Club here for a bit now. It’s not one of those huge corporate gyms you see in the malls. We just have the basic stuff people need to stay in shape. We’ve got some treadmills, a few cycles, and a good amount of free weights. The space isn’t massive, but we make it work. Most of our members are just people from around the neighborhood or folks who stop by after shopping at the Reliance Fresh nearby. It gets a little crowded in the evenings when everyone gets off work, so you might have to wait a minute for a bench. We don’t really do fancy promotions or have a big sales team. Usually, there is just one of us at the desk to say hello and help out if a machine is acting up. The floors are basic rubber mats and we keep some fans going to deal with the heat. It’s a straightforward place for a workout without any of the extra fluff. We just want to provide a space where locals can come and lift some weights or get some cardio in. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a regular neighborhood gym, that is what we are.
