Our branch is located at H679/29 in Hira Nagar, which is part of the Khandsa area in Gurgaon. It’s an industrial part of town, which makes sense for what we do at Blue Dart Express. We spend our days surrounded by packages of all shapes and sizes. It’s a fast-paced environment. If you walk into our office, you’ll probably see a lot of people moving quickly and phones ringing off the hook. We don't have time for a lot of corporate polish or marketing talk. We just need to get the mail sorted and out the door. The team here is a hardworking bunch. We have people from all over the area who come in and just get the job done. Sometimes the heat in Gurgaon makes the warehouse feel pretty heavy, but we keep going. We don't use those scripted lines about being the best. We just try to make sure your package doesn't end up in the wrong city. It’s a lot of scanning and checking labels. Sometimes the systems go down and we have to do things the old-fashioned way with pen and paper. We just handle it. Hira Nagar is a busy place, and we are right in the thick of it every single day. We are just local people working a job and trying to be as helpful as we can. It is a noisy place but it feels like home.
