If you’re looking for us, we’re over in Sector-56 in Gurgaon. The building is called Rail Vihar, right there in the Aravali View area. It’s a decent spot, though finding parking can be a headache sometimes. We’ve been operating out of 24/3A for quite a bit. It’s mostly just us handling the daily flow of envelopes and cartons. Haryana gets hot in the summer, so the office can get a bit stuffy when the door keeps opening and closing. We don’t have any big speeches or anything. People bring their stuff to Blue Dart Express Ltd., we put a label on it, and it goes into the system. It’s a lot of typing and double-checking numbers. We see the same delivery drivers every day, mostly guys who’ve been on these routes for years. Sometimes a customer comes in frustrated because they’re in a rush, but we just handle one thing at a time. The paperwork stacks up on the desks by noon. We try to keep things organized, but when it’s busy, it looks a bit messy. That’s just the way it goes when you’re moving things around.
