Blue Dart Express Ltd

You can find us at 1259 A, on the first floor in Maruti Vihar, Gurgaon. It’s a pretty busy area, and there is always a lot going on around the Maruti plant nearby. Blue Dart Express Ltd is a name people know, but our little branch here is just a bunch of us trying to keep up with the constant flow of parcels. Every morning, the vans arrive, and we have to sort through hundreds of packages. It’s a fast-paced environment, and the scanners are constantly beeping. We spend a lot of time on our feet. The office isn’t very large, so it can get a bit cramped when there are a lot of deliveries waiting to go out. We don’t have a lot of time for fancy talk; we just need to make sure the right box goes to the right address. Gurgaon traffic is a major headache for our delivery riders, and we hear about it every time they come back to the office. The weather is either too hot or too rainy, but the parcels still have to move. We deal with all sorts of customers, some who are in a huge hurry and others who just want to know where their stuff is. It’s a lot of repetitive work, checking labels and updating the system. We take our breaks when we can and try to keep things organized despite the chaos of the daily rush.
