Blanchard India - Leadership Training

Blanchard India - Leadership Training is located at the Vipul Trade Centre on Sohna Road. We occupy a series of units, specifically Unit No. 629 to 634, all on the 6th floor in Sector 48. This area has turned into a major hub over the last few years. We do leadership training, which means we spend a lot of our time hosting groups and talking about how people can work better together. Our office is a bit of a maze because we have several units connected. There are plenty of rooms for workshops and a lot of cabinets filled with training manuals. It is not a very formal place. We like to keep things relaxed because that is how people learn best. Sohna Road is often backed up with cars, but once you get up to the 6th floor, it is relatively quiet. We have a small team here that keeps things running. We aren't into big marketing slogans. We just focus on the sessions we run and the people who attend them. The office has a very practical feel to it, with simple furniture and lots of charts on the walls. We have been in Sector 48 for a good while and have watched the skyline change as more offices move in. It is a good, central spot for what we do. We just try to be helpful and keep the coffee pot full for our visitors.
