Binding Minds LLP is run out of a house in Sector 15 Part 2. Specifically, we are at H No. 1220 in Gurugram. We like being in a residential-style setup because it feels less like a cold office and more like a place where you can actually think. Sector 15 is a pretty well-known part of Gurgaon, so it isn't too hard for people to find us once they get into the right lane. We have a few rooms set up for different tasks, and the dining table often turns into a meeting spot when we have guests or need to spread out big piles of documents. We spend our time working on various projects that require a lot of focus and coordination. It’s not always easy keeping everything synchronized, but we do our best. Sometimes the neighbors are out walking their dogs or there’s a delivery truck blocking the street, but that’s just life in a place like this. We don't use a lot of fancy terminology here. We just talk about what needs to happen and then we try to make it happen. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. It can get a bit chaotic when deadlines are close, but we usually manage to pull it off. Being in Haryana gives us a good base to reach out to other businesses nearby without needing a giant headquarters.
