We operate Bharat Surgical Impex out of our place at 737 Sec 4 in the Gurgaon Urban Estate. It’s a busy part of town. Our daily routine involves a lot of lifting and moving things around. The space is filled with boxes and equipment most of the time. We’ve been in this specific spot for a good while now. It isn't a high-rise office or anything, just a solid building in Sector 4. Usually, the phone is ringing or someone is stopping by to ask about a specific item. We try to keep things as tidy as possible, but with so much coming and going, it can get a bit messy. That’s just the nature of the business, I guess. We don’t spend much on decorations. The walls have some old shelves, and we use every bit of space we have. Working in Gurgaon Urban Estate means there’s always something happening outside. We know the other shop owners around here pretty well. It’s a hardworking environment. We just get on with the tasks for the day and try to get orders out on time. There aren't any big speeches or corporate goals posted on the walls. It’s just about getting the work done and making sure we have the stock ready. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in this part of the city. We just keep our heads down and stay busy.
