Besoto Starting Systems Pvt Ltd is basically a place where we deal with a lot of metal and mechanical parts. The air usually smells a bit like grease and oil, which is fine by us. We spend our time working on starting systems, which means a lot of checking gears and making sure things turn when they are supposed to. It’s noisy sometimes because of the machines running, but you get used to it after a few days on the floor. We aren't a huge corporation with a glass building. We have a practical space that works for the kind of heavy work we do. The floor gets a bit dusty, and there are tools everywhere, but everyone knows where their specific wrench or screwdriver is kept. We show up early, get the machines warmed up, and start going through the orders. It’s hard work, and your hands usually end up dirty by the end of the shift. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the parts we are making and making sure they fit right. Some of the guys have been working these same machines for years and they know exactly how they sound when they are running right. It is a simple life here in the industrial estate. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is what it is.
