Our company, Besoto Starting Systems Pvt. Ltd., is based at number 32 in the DLF Industrial Estate, Phase-I. This is a well-established industrial area, and our facility is a solid, functional building that fits right in. We have a mix of office space and a larger area for the actual technical work. It’s a place where things are made and tested, so it’s not always the cleanest or the quietest environment. We have benches covered in tools and equipment that have been used for years. The people working here know their way around the machinery. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people writing slogans. We are mostly focused on the technical side of the business. The DLF Industrial Estate is a busy place with a lot of trucks coming and going, which makes logistics easier for us. Inside, we have a small break area where we drink tea and talk about the day’s tasks. It’s a very down-to-earth atmosphere. We don't go in for corporate buzzwords. We just focus on the production and making sure the units are ready when they need to be. The building might need a fresh coat of paint here and there, but the equipment inside is what matters to us. It’s a straightforward, hardworking shop. We’ve been here a long time and plan to stay for a lot longer.
