Our office is in DLF Phase 3, which is a pretty well-known part of the area. We are on the first floor, at U 34 64. Being in Phase 3 means there is always a lot of activity around us. The 122202 pin code covers quite a bit of ground, but we are easy to find if you know the DLF layout. Bertlesmann Marketing Services India Pvt Limited is basically just a group of people working out of this space. It's a standard office building. We don't have any flashy decorations. It is mostly desks, chairs, and a lot of computers. The morning commute can be a bit of a headache with the traffic around here, so most of us try to get in early. Once we are inside, it is just focused work. We don't spend time on long lunches or anything. There is a small pantry where we make coffee. Most of the talk in the office is just about the projects we are currently handling. We don't have a big marketing team telling us how to look. We just do the marketing work for the clients. It’s funny because we handle marketing but don’t really market ourselves much locally. We just stay busy in our corner of the first floor. If you walked past, you might not even realize there is a whole company operating from inside here. It's practical and it serves its purpose. We keep things moving without any drama or unnecessary meetings.
