The building we’re in is nothing special to look at, just a solid place where we can do our work without being bothered. We have a few people who have been with us since the start, and they know the ropes better than anyone. We don't bother with a lot of those modern management styles you hear about. We just talk to each other and fix problems as they come up. If a machine breaks, we fix it. If an order is late, we work extra hours. It’s just how things go in a place like Manesar. We like being part of this industrial community and keeping things moving along for our customers without making it complicated.
