Gurgaon has changed so much lately, but Sushant Lok -1 still feels a bit more grounded than the busy Cyber City side. We are tucked away in C-1308. It is a residential area, so it is actually pretty quiet most of the time. We deal with imports and exports, so there are always these big crates arriving that do not quite fit through the front door easily. The office is basically a few rooms filled with samples and metal filing cabinets. Sometimes the courier guys get lost trying to find the house number because the lanes can be confusing. We spend a lot of time on emails and checking customs documents on the screen. It is a lot of sitting around until a shipment arrives, and then it is a mad scramble to get everything sorted out. The air conditioner hums all day because it gets incredibly hot here in Haryana. We usually eat lunch together at a small wooden table in the back. There is not a big sign outside or anything. We just do our business quietly. We have been in this spot for a while, and the neighbors are used to seeing delivery vans parked out front. It is not a flashy corporate environment. It is just a group of us trying to keep the inventory moving and making sure the orders are correct. Sometimes we stay late when a container is delayed at the port. It is just part of the routine. The commute is okay if you avoid the main highway at peak hours.
