Beauty Express

We have been here at Shop Number 121 in Galleria Tower for a while now. Most people know where we are because we are right on the first floor in DLF City Phase IV. It is a busy spot in Gurgaon, so we see a lot of people coming in between their shopping trips or after they finish work. We do not really do the fancy advertising thing. Usually, people just walk in or hear about us from a neighbor. The shop isn't huge, but we keep it tidy and organized. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded on weekends, especially being in this tower, but we try to manage the flow as best as we can. Everyone who works here has their own way of doing things, but we mostly just focus on getting the job done right. It is a straightforward place. If you are walking around the mall and need something done, you can usually find us without too much trouble. We have seen Gurgaon change a lot over the years, but Galleria still feels like the heart of it for us. We have got regulars who have been coming since we first opened our doors. Sometimes we sit and chat if things are slow, but usually, it is pretty steady. It is just a local business trying to stay helpful for the people living nearby in Phase IV. There is no big secret to how we run things. We just show up every morning.
