Baxter India is based over in Udyog Vihar, specifically on the fifth floor of Enkay Towers. This part of Phase V is always buzzing with activity. We’ve been operating from this office for quite some time. It’s a standard office setup where we manage the various parts of our healthcare business. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations. The focus is usually on the paperwork and the distribution side of things. It’s a busy environment. We have teams handling different regions, and there’s always a lot of back and forth with the warehouses. Working in Enkay Towers is convenient for us because it’s a well-known landmark in the area. Most of us arrive early to beat some of the traffic on the highway. We deal with medical supplies and equipment, which is serious work, so we keep the atmosphere pretty focused but down-to-earth. We don’t really use big slogans or anything. We just make sure the hospitals and clinics get what they ordered. There are plenty of meetings throughout the week to stay on top of things. It’s a steady job. We’ve got a good group of people here who have been with the company for years. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments, but we’ve got a system that works for us. We keep a coffee machine in the break room which gets a lot of use during those late shifts.
