Working at Bausch & Lomb Eyecare (India) Pvt. Ltd. means coming into Building No. 8 in Tower-A every morning. We are tucked away on the second floor of the DLF Cybercity complex in Phase-II. If you have ever been around this part of Gurgaon, you know how fast-paced it is with all the glass buildings and people rushing around. Our office is a pretty standard setup where we spend most of our hours looking at screens and handling piles of paperwork. The elevators are usually a bit of a nightmare during the morning rush, so a lot of us end up chatting while we wait. It is not exactly a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. We have been in this tower for quite a while now, seeing the skyline change as more buildings popped up nearby. Most of the desks are covered in folders and coffee mugs, which is just how we like it. We don't really go in for those modern office gimmicks like bean bags or game rooms. We just have our chairs and our tasks. Sometimes we grab a quick snack from the vendors downstairs when we need a break from the air conditioning. It is a professional environment, but we try to keep things friendly among the staff. We are just a group of regular people doing our jobs in the middle of a very busy city.
