Ayurvedic Kerala Wellness

We are located over in Sector 31, inside the Raheja Atlantis Apartment complex at block 122 A. It is a bit of a different setup compared to other businesses since we are based right within a residential area. We do a lot of traditional Kerala-style wellness work and massages here. The rooms are set up with specialized wooden tables for oil treatments, and we try to keep the atmosphere as calm as possible despite the typical sounds of a busy apartment building. Most of our clients live right here in the complex or in the nearby residential towers. We have therapists who have learned the specific techniques from back home in the south. It is not like those high-end luxury spas you see in the big shopping malls. Our place is much more about the actual physical work and less about the fancy decoration or expensive lighting. We have a few wooden tables and plenty of clean towels and herbal oils always ready for the next person. Sometimes it can be a bit tricky for new people to find our door the first time since you have to navigate the apartment gates and security. We just take appointments one after another throughout the day and try to keep things as organized as possible. It is a small, family-run kind of operation at the end of the day. We do not have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people telling their neighbors about their experience here. It works out okay and keeps us busy enough through the week.
