We are based out of Shop No. 10 on Khandsa Road. It’s right in Sector 37, which is part of the Udyog Vihar area. If you’re familiar with Gurgaon, you know how industrial and busy it gets around here with all the trucks and workers. We’re near the Baba Market, and that place is always crowded with people buying stuff. The shop itself is very simple. We deal with herbs and natural products. It smells quite strong when you walk through the door, mostly like dried roots and various leaves. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything. It’s more of a practical place where we pack things up and talk to customers who already know what they are looking for. The dust from the construction nearby is a bit of a pain for us, but we manage to keep things clean enough. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Most people find us because they’re looking for something specific that the big fancy stores don’t usually carry. We just keep our heads down and do our work. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do for a living. The tea stall nearby is where we spend our breaks. It’s a very grounded way of living. We just provide what people ask for and try to keep the quality decent without making a big fuss about things. It's just a regular business in a busy part of town.
