Ayurnava Kerala Ayurvedic Treatment Centre

We are located at T-108 on Sohna Road, right in Sector 48. When you walk into Ayurnava Kerala Ayurvedic Treatment Centre, the first thing you usually notice is the smell of the herbal oils and the quiet atmosphere. It’s a big change from the noise of the traffic on Sohna Road just outside our door. We have several rooms set up for different treatments, and they are all kept pretty simple and clean. There’s no big fancy reception desk, just a small table where we check people in and talk about what they need. We get a lot of people coming in who are tired or stressed out, and we try to make the space feel as calm as possible for them. The floors are often a bit slick from the oils, so we tell everyone to be careful where they step. Most of our day is spent preparing the different herbs and oils that we use. It’s a lot of manual work, grinding things down and mixing them up. We have a small staff and we’ve all been working together for a while now. Even though we are right in the middle of a busy part of town, it feels like a world away once you’re inside. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles, just the basic tools and a lot of patience. It’s a humble place, but it works for us.
