You’ll find us over at Gp-51 in Sector 18, which is part of the Udyog Vihar industrial area. Avitech Animal Health Pvt. Ltd. is based here in this big block of buildings. It’s an industrial neighborhood, so there are a lot of trucks and workers moving around at all hours. Our space is more about function than anything else. We have labs and offices that are kept very clean because of the type of work we do with animal health products. There isn't much in the way of decoration, just white walls and lots of scientific equipment. We spend our time running tests and making sure the batches are consistent. It’s a very technical environment, and we’re usually wearing lab coats or work gear for most of the shift. Lunchtime usually means heading to one of the canteens nearby or just eating at the small table we have in the breakroom. The traffic in Sector 18 can be a nightmare during the shift changes, so we’ve all learned the shortcuts through the back streets. We don't really do much self-promotion. We just focus on the science and making sure the orders are shipped out to the farms and clinics that need them. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one day at a time. It’s a quiet, hard-working atmosphere where everyone knows their role and stays focused on the tasks.
