We are up on the second floor of Plot No 30 in Ak Park. It is part of the Hari Nagar area in New Delhi. Being on the second floor means we have to climb the stairs every day, but it is a bit quieter than being right down on the street level. We do work with communications and connectivity. It is mostly technical stuff, making sure various systems are talking to each other properly. The office is located at Wz-406/S. We spend most of our time looking at computer screens and testing different cables. It is not very glamorous work, but it needs to be done. Hari Nagar is a good spot for us to be located. There are plenty of little tea stalls nearby for when we take our lunch breaks. The office is actually a bit cramped because we have so much equipment and spare parts lying around. We try to keep it tidy, but new gear arrives all the time and takes up space. Sometimes the power flickers during the day and we have to restart all the machines. That is just life in this part of the city though. We are a small crew and we have known each other for a long time. We just focus on the specific jobs we have for the day and try to get them finished. There are no big speeches here. If someone calls with a problem, we try our best to fix it. It is just a normal workday for us.
