Augmented Kaizen Consulting Services LLP has its home at 52/1 Emilia 2 on Jasmine Street. We’re located inside Vatika City, which is in Sector 49 along the Sohna Road in Gurgaon. It’s a long address to write out, and sometimes people get lost trying to find us the first time. The office is part of the residential-commercial mix that makes this part of Haryana so busy. We do consulting work here, mostly focusing on how to make small improvements to how things are run. The word "Kaizen" is in our name, but we don't treat it like some big philosophy; it’s just about fixing things that aren't working right. Sohna Road traffic is a regular topic of conversation while we wait for the kettle to boil. Our space on Jasmine Street is pretty quiet once you get inside. We have some plants that we try to keep alive and a lot of notebooks filled with ideas and plans. It’s a very grounded way to work. We aren't trying to change the whole world; we just want to help the clients who come to us with their specific problems. It’s often just a few of us sitting around a table with some tea, trying to figure out the best way forward for a project.
