Attitudes Clothing Company

Out here in Udyog Vihar Phase IV, things move pretty fast. Our place, Attitudes Clothing Company, is at number 320. It is a big industrial area, so there are trucks and workers everywhere you look. Gurgaon can be a tough place to work because of the dust and the crazy traffic on the way in. Our building is mostly a workspace where we get the real work done. It’s not a shop where you come to browse. We have rows of machines and people busy cutting fabric and stitching all day long. The sound of the fans is always in the background. We have a small office area up front where we handle the orders and talk to suppliers. Lunchtime is when the whole place finally goes quiet for an hour. We usually sit together and eat whatever we brought from home. It’s a practical environment without any unnecessary decorations. We focus on getting the clothes made and sent out to the people who ordered them. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living in this city. We've been at this for a long time and we know the routine inside out. It’s just about putting in the hours and making sure the quality is what it should be. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby.
