We are based at H-960 in the Swami Vivekanand Block. It’s part of the Housing Board in Saraswati Vihar, Chakkerpur, Gurgaon. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but we’ve been here for a while now. Atb Cargo is a small operation. We don't have a huge fleet of fancy trucks or a big shiny headquarters. We just have this office and a lot of knowledge about how to move cargo. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sending emails to coordinate freight. It can be a bit tedious, checking on schedules and making sure the customs paperwork is correct, but it’s what we do. The office has a very lived-in feel. There are stacks of paper everywhere and someone is always making a pot of tea. We don't have a corporate mission statement or any of that stuff. We just believe in doing the work and being honest with people. If a shipment is going to be late because of a storm or a strike, we just tell it like it is. We are just regular people who know the cargo business. Saraswati Vihar is a quiet enough place for us to focus, even though the rest of Gurgaon is usually humming with noise. We keep it simple and just focus on the next load that needs to be moved. It's a living, and we enjoy the challenge.
