Our work happens at House 89 in the B Block of Sheetla Colony. It is a regular house where we have set up the business to keep things manageable. There is always something going on here, whether it is a delivery truck arriving or someone coming to pick up a small order. Sheetla Colony can be a bit confusing for people who aren't from around here, but we know every corner of B Block by now. We handle a variety of items, mostly whatever our regular customers are asking for at the time. It is a small team, just me and two others making sure the orders are correct and the ledger is up to date. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to write everything out on paper, which can be a bit of a headache. The main room where we work gets a lot of bright sunlight in the afternoon. We have three desks pushed together in the middle of the floor. It looks a bit messy because of all the pens and notebooks, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big sign or a fancy office. People just know we are here. When a big shipment arrives, the whole hallway gets filled with boxes and crates. You have to be careful where you step until we get everything sorted out. It keeps us busy and on our feet all day long. It is just a practical way to run a business without much fuss.
