ASB ADS (INDIA) PVT LTD, is found in the Bhati Complex at the Chauma Ply Xing, specifically at 17, Shankar Vihar in New Palam Vihar, Phase-Ill. That crossing is a real landmark for anyone trying to find us, as the traffic there is always a bit of a mess. The Bhati Complex is a solid building, and our spot is just one part of a larger maze of offices and shops. You have to climb a set of stairs to get to us, and the railing is a little loose, so everyone knows to be careful. Inside, the office is a bit of a mix of old furniture and new computers. There are posters and scraps of paper stuck to the walls with tape that is starting to peel off. We have a small window that looks out over the street, but the view is mostly just the tops of buses and the dust from the road. The team here is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to fixing the printer when it jams. It is the kind of place where you know everyone’s name and whose turn it is to bring in biscuits for the afternoon tea. New Palam Vihar has its own rough charm, and being in Phase-Ill means we are right in the middle of a lot of residential growth. It is noisy and sometimes a bit disorganized, but it feels like home to those of us who show up here every day.
