We are located in Rana Market in Palam Vihar, right across from H Block. It’s a small shop, but we’ve managed to fit a lot of stuff inside. We do electronics, mostly repairs and selling small parts that people need for their gadgets. If you walk in, you’ll see shelves full of boxes and a workbench that’s usually buried under a half-finished project. We’ve been here for a good while, and most of the locals know they can come to us when something stops working. We aren't some big electronics chain with bright lights. It’s just us and our soldering irons. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered, but we usually know where to find what we’re looking for. We enjoy the challenge of fixing something that someone else said was junk. The market is always lively, and we spend a lot of time chatting with the other shopkeepers. We don't have a big website or a social media person. We just open the shutters in the morning and see who comes by. It’s a simple way to run a business. We try to be fair with our prices and honest about whether something can actually be fixed or not. It’s just a regular neighborhood electronics shop where we do our best with what we have on the bench that day.
