We've been over here at Phase-V in Udyog Vihar for a good while now. It’s a busy spot, number 805 specifically. Mostly we deal with tools and machinery that shops need to get things done. It isn't always pretty work, but someone has to supply the gear. The office is usually humming with people trying to track down specific parts or asking about how some piece of equipment works. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a bit hectic when a lot of orders come in at once. Our team is just a bunch of regular people who know a thing or two about what mechanics and factory guys are looking for. We don't really do the fancy sales talk here. If we have it, we'll tell you. If we don't, we might know where you can find it. Working out of Udyog Vihar means we see a lot of different businesses coming through. It’s a practical place for a company like ours. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's just us sorting through inventory in the back. We just focus on getting the right boxes to the right people without making it too complicated. It’s just how we operate day to day. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but we’re still right here. Usually, if you stop by, you’ll find us mid-conversation about a technical spec or a delivery schedule. We just stick to what we know best and keep moving forward with the work.
