Our place is at House Number 23 in Sector 14, right near Sohna Adda here in Gurgaon. It’s an old-school neighborhood, and we like being tucked away in a residential-style building rather than a cold glass tower. ArchMor is basically just us working on designs and planning out projects. We have been in this spot for a while, and the neighbors all know us by now. The office is usually a bit messy with rolls of paper and pens everywhere. We spend most of our time staring at screens or sketching out ideas for different buildings. Sector 14 is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street, but it keeps us feeling connected to the city. We don’t do any of that corporate talk; we just talk like regular people. If you come by, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and debating about a layout or some material choice. It is a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to final design checks. The weather in Gurgaon can be tough, but our little office stays fairly cool most of the time. We started this because we like the process of seeing a drawing turn into a real structure. It takes a lot of patience and dealing with a lot of different people to get things done right. We just focus on the work in front of us and try to stay organized amid the usual office chaos.
