Apollo Munich Health Insurance

Our office is located in Dlf Cyber City, specifically on the 10th Floor of Tower B, Building No. 10. This is in Dlf City Phase 2. It’s a huge building and can be a bit confusing if you’ve never been here before. We work with Apollo Munich Health Insurance. Even though it is a big building, our day-to-day is pretty much just sitting at our desks and going through policy details. There are a lot of elevators and security guards around. We spend a lot of time on the phone explaining things to people or typing into our systems. It’s a corporate area, but we try to keep things simple when we talk to folks. Sometimes the office gets a bit hectic when a lot of claims come in at once and the phones won't stop ringing. We take our lunch breaks in the common areas or downstairs where the food places are. It’s a very modern space, quite different from the older parts of the city. We have a lot of windows, so we can see the traffic and other towers. It is a lot of paperwork and digital files. We don't really have a sales pitch; we just handle the insurance side of things for people who already have it. It’s a long commute for some of us, but we’re used to it by now. The coffee machine is usually the busiest spot every single morning.
