AOUT ADVISORS LLP

Aout Advisors is based in the lower ground floor of Plot No. 89, specifically the right wing. We are right on the edge of Sector 44 and Sector 45 in Gurgaon. Being in the LGF means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is a blessing given the Haryana heat. It’s not a flashy office at all. We have some old desks and chairs that have seen better days, but they work fine for what we need. Most of our time is spent looking at documents or talking on the phone. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with team building exercises or motivational posters. We just come in, check what's on the list, and try to get it done before the day ends. The neighborhood is mostly other offices and some houses, so it stays relatively quiet during the day. Sometimes we grab a tea from the stall down the road when we need a breather. Our team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a while, which makes the work a bit easier. We handle advisory stuff, which sounds more complicated than it usually is. Mostly it's just problem-solving and making sure everything is compliant with the rules. There’s no big secret to how we work; we just show up and put in the hours at our Sector 44 spot. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in, but we make it work somehow.
