Antz Attitude HR is based in DLF Phase 3 in Gurgaon. If you know Gurgaon, you know how busy and fast-paced this part of the city is with all the office buildings and the metro nearby. We are right in the middle of all that energy. Our day usually starts with a pile of resumes to look through and a long list of phone calls to make. We help people find jobs and help companies find the staff they need. It’s a lively office where someone is always talking on the phone or interviewing a candidate in the corner. We don’t have a lot of fancy corporate stuff here; it’s just a bunch of desks and some filing cabinets full of paperwork. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep our energy up. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the printouts, but we eventually get everything organized. People find us because they are looking for a new start or a better position, and we do our best to help them find a good match. It’s a lot of talking and listening to what people want from their careers. We’ve been in Phase 3 for quite some time now and we’ve seen how much the area has grown. It’s a busy life, but it’s interesting to meet so many different people every single day.
