Anjum Associates

Anjum Associates operates out of Shop No 145 in DLF City Phase II. We are also pretty close to Phase 4 and Sector 43, so we end up covering a lot of ground around here. The shop is small and usually cluttered with files and maps of the local area. It’s not the kind of place with leather chairs or glass walls. We prefer it that way because it feels more like home. We spend a lot of time out of the office actually looking at buildings and meeting with owners. Being near DLF means things move fast, but we try to take our time to get the details right. We’ve been through the ups and downs of the market and seen how the neighborhood has filled out. It’s a lot of legwork, honestly. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media team. Most people find us because they saw the sign or someone they know told them to come talk to us. We handle the usual stuff like buying, selling, and leasing. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, but we’ve got a rhythm down. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city. We just want to do right by the people who walk through our door. If you’re near Shop 145, you might see us out front having a chat or heading out to a site. It is a simple life and we like it.
