Androgynous Hr Consultant Llp is based at House No. 1201 in the Royal Residency. This is on Plot No. 7 in Sector 45. It’s more of a residential setting than a commercial one, which we find quite nice. It keeps the atmosphere a bit more relaxed than a typical office. We work as HR consultants, helping various companies manage their staffing and personnel issues. Our office is just a part of the house that we’ve dedicated to work. We don’t have a big lobby or any corporate signage. It’s a quiet place where we can actually get things done without too much noise. Sector 45 is a solid location, and being in Royal Residency makes it easy for us to focus. We spend a lot of our time on the computer or having meetings in the living area. It’s very informal, and we like it that way. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just help businesses with their people problems. Sometimes we stay late to finish up some paperwork, and other times we finish early. It’s a flexible way to work. Our team is tiny, just a few of us who know each other well. We don't have any grand mission. We just try to be useful to our clients and do our daily tasks properly. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We didn't want a huge office because this feels more like us. We keep our files tidy and our coffee hot. That’s enough for us.
