Our place is located at 279 in Udyog Vihar, Phase II. It is an industrial area, so there is always a lot of movement with trucks and people working nearby. We have been here for a good while, and the building itself is just a plain, sturdy structure that suits what we do. Inside, it is mostly storage and a few desks where we handle the orders. We are a family-run kind of setup, so things are pretty relaxed but we stay busy. My brother usually handles the logistics while I look after the inventory and talk to the suppliers. We deal with various industrial goods and parts that factories around here need. It can get pretty loud during the day with all the activity in the neighborhood. We do not have a fancy reception area or anything like that. People usually just walk in through the main gate and find us in the back. There is always a pot of tea going in the small kitchen area. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of the industrial estate, which slows us down, but we just wait it out. We know most of our neighbors and the guys who drive the delivery vans. It is just a regular workplace where we try to keep things moving and make sure everyone gets what they ordered. Nothing flashy, just the daily grind of keeping the business running and the shelves stocked up.
