We are located out at Plot No. 1546D/26 in Pisoli. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main city, but it’s quieter here which helps us focus on what we’re doing. The shop floor is where most of the action happens. There is always the smell of metal and oil in the air, which you just stop noticing after the first hour of work. We handle a lot of heavy tools and equipment, so the floors have their fair share of scuffs and marks from moving things around. It's a practical space, not meant for showing off. We have a small office area tucked away in the corner where the paperwork gets done, but most of the time we are out back. The lighting isn't the brightest, but it’s enough for what we need. Sometimes the gate gets a bit stuck when it rains, so we have to give it a good kick to open it up. We aren't big on formal stuff here. Usually, someone brings a tiffin and we all sit around for twenty minutes before getting back to the machines. It’s a lot of physical work, and by the end of the day, everyone is usually pretty tired. We don’t have a website that’s updated or anything like that; we just rely on people knowing where we are and what we do. It’s been this way for a while now and we just keep at it every day because the work needs to get finished.
