Altitude The Fitness Zone

Altitude The Fitness Zone is situated at Sco 24 on Old Delhi Road. This is in Sector 14, Gurgaon, postcode 122001. A lot of people find us by looking for the Pizza Hut, which is very close by. It’s a handy location because you can grab a bite nearby, though maybe not right after a workout. The SCO buildings are all pretty similar, so you have to look for the number 24. We have a decent amount of space inside for different types of exercises. It’s a bit of a climb up, but that’s just part of the deal. Gurgaon can get very busy, especially Old Delhi Road, but our spot is a bit of an escape from the traffic noise outside. We have various machines and some free weights scattered around. The lighting isn't nothing special, just standard stuff. We try to keep things clean, but it’s a gym, so there’s always a bit of dust here and there. People from Sector 14 come in at all hours. We see the early morning office crowd and then the younger group later in the evening. It’s a straightforward place to get some exercise done. We don't have fancy towels or a spa, just the equipment you need. Most of our members are just neighbors who have been coming here for years. It’s got a very local feel to it.
