Al Rostamani Group-Dubai

Our team at Al Rostamani Group-Dubai stays pretty busy because we have things going on in a lot of different places. We aren't just stuck in one single spot. We have people working out of offices in New Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida. Then there are the other locations in Dubai and Bangalore too. It can be quite a lot to keep track of sometimes, honestly. One day someone might be in the Delhi office and then the next they are heading over to Gurgaon or Noida for a meeting or to check on something. We spend a fair amount of time on the phone or on video calls trying to stay connected across these different cities and time zones. It is a bit of a mix of environments. Dubai is obviously a big part of things for us, but the offices in India keep us grounded in the local scene here. It’s not always the easiest thing managing stuff when people are spread out like that. We use whatever tools we have to make sure everyone knows what is happening. The Bangalore office feels a bit different from the ones in the North, but that is just how it goes with different cities. We don't have one big main building that every single person goes to every morning. It mostly depends on where the work is on that specific day. It feels like we are constantly moving between these five spots, but we have gotten used to it.
